QQestore are are a retail shop that sell mostly electronic product include smartphone, computers. kitchen peripherals and more. QQestore focus on online business but the company also have a physical store, and the purpose of the physical store is to show case the product and for the people who wanted to collect the item that they people order.

QQestore using their internet by 4 types of uses:-

2. Procurement
3. Communication

1. Promotion

QQestore used to promotion that they sell especially in social networking site like Facebook and twitter, moreover QQestore also put an ads on website. In fact, QQestore focus their store online and QQestore have their own website. On the diagram bellow shows how the QQestore website look like.

2. Procurement

Since QQestore is an online store, obviously there should be payment system for people to pay the items that they order. The payment can be done with a different method include using Debit or credit of MasterCard and Visa. The company did not support Pay pal because this type of method rarely used in Brunei market.

3. Communication

Communication are really important for every business, internet make communication more efficient ether the business want to communicate with their employee or the their customer. QQestore, obviously used email to communicate, for instance if the company wanted the product list of newly shipped. QQestore also create a widget specially for the customer who wanted to ask a quick question to the employees, just like the diagram bellow.

4. Business Research

Every year QQestore will sent an email containing survey or questionnaire to the people who registered an account at QQestore. By this survey, it can improve the QQestore website and their services.
